Chuck Sanger is a communications strategist with more than three decades of experience helping organizations across agriculture, food production, animal agriculture, renewable energy, and related industries navigate reputation, issues, and crisis challenges.
Throughout his career, he has advised companies, trade associations, government agencies, and industry organizations on strategic communications, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, media relations, and crisis response.
His experience includes leadership roles in corporate communications, agency consulting, public affairs, and agricultural advocacy, providing clients with practical guidance during both routine operations and high-profile challenges.
Chuck holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minn.

Mike Opperman brings decades of experience and credibility within production agriculture, dairy, animal health, and agricultural communications.
Raised on an Iowa dairy farm and later a dairy producer in Wisconsin, Mike combines firsthand agricultural experience with an extensive career covering the people, businesses, and issues that shape modern food production.
His professional experience includes leadership roles with some of agriculture's most respected publications, including Hoard's Dairyman, Dairy Herd Management, and MILK magazine. He currently serves as Executive Director of the National Dairy Shrine, where he works with industry leaders, educators, producers, and organizations dedicated to advancing the dairy industry.
Mike's background spans dairy production, animal health, agricultural journalism, industry relations, and stakeholder engagement. His ability to understand complex agricultural issues from both the producer and industry perspective provides clients with practical insights grounded in real-world experience.
Mike holds a bachelor's degree in Dairy Science from Iowa State University and remains actively engaged with agricultural leaders and organizations across the food and agriculture sectors.
